Check out our bags for the new year!

2023 is here and we are ready to start it with new bags and adventures. Stay in touch with us through our blog and check out some of the local Montana hot spots we are putting on the list of best places to visit this year.

Our January has started out with repeat stay but new adventure to Whitefish Montana along with shopping for Fabric! As everyone should know by now this is my favorite. The boys on this trip played well with us as we ventured to our favorite quilt store in the area Quilt Gallery. https://www.quiltgallery.net/. The staff and owner are always so welcoming and allowed for us to pull some stunts on the boys this time. They are helpful, friendly and the store itself is clean and inspiring!

Our friends who hooked us up to the wonderful bed and breakfast called the Good Medicine Lodge have stayed with us the last two years and we can not say enough good about the place. We enjoy afternoon conversations by the fire and wonderful break and what we call our lunch (A beautifully crafted Charcuterie board) every time we go. Check them out and tell them Jenn and Pat sent you. Ryan has new coffee every time we go and is playing with some new adventures with that while Sara continues to dazzle us with breakfasts from out of this world.

https://goodmedicinelodge.com/ Ryan and Sara are amazing and will do everything to make your stay truly memorable.

Last month updates.

The latest stop for us on the journey from attending a MSU Bozeman Graduation was the Sacajawea Hotel in Three forks. As you enter the hotel you are greeted with a peppermint scented hot towel and a glass of champagne as you are checked in and given the wonderful news of all of the opportunities the hotel has and the town to serve you. Truly a gem with a very classic feel to it. We stayed in one of the seven cottages and talk about a feel of luxury. We always try to take recommendations from the locals and this time was not different and a hit. A special with seafood for the evening including bread with excellent dipping sauces. We strolled the town and of course shopped at the quilt store for more fabric. Their special fabric that is specific to Montana was a brown and white batik with headwaters of the Missouri. Soon to come a new bag sporting it.

We try to keep these short as I could go on and on but will let the photos show the beauty. Please keep this place in mind and as always shop local! Stay local that’s how we keep our state going.

We wish you a very happy New Year and keep reading and watching for more bags to come.
